Process

How we work

A short, documented process. Every step is agreed in writing before goods move.

    Company check

    We work B2B only. Before an offer we check your company registration and your EU VAT number in VIES, and you are welcome to check ours.

  2. 02

    Verified EU sourcing

    We buy only from suppliers registered in the EU, whose company and VAT data we have verified.

  3. 03

    Full truckloads

    We trade in full truckloads. Product, quantity, price and delivery window are fixed in a written offer and contract.

  4. 04

    DAP delivery

    Goods are delivered DAP (Incoterms® 2020) to the warehouse address named in the contract.

  5. 05

    Intra-EU VAT 0%

    Supplies are made as intra-Community supplies with 0% VAT. This requires valid VIES VAT numbers on both sides.

  6. 06

    Commercial terms

    Flexible terms, agreed individually for every deal.
